Despite the economic downturn, the last year has been very busy for us; some of the highlights include:
In November 2008, DeMont & Breyer welcomed Giovanni Vannucci to the firm as a technical advisor. Dr. Vannucci is, among other things, the co-inventor of the Assisted Global Positioning System.
In December 2008, Achates Reference Publishing, Inc. licensed two patents to Microsoft Corporation. The sole inventor of those patents is our very own Jason Paul DeMont.
In March 2009, DeMont & Breyer welcomed Case Western Reserve University as a new client of the firm.
In July 2009, Milena Mishev, an experienced trademark attorney, joined the firm. Ms. Mishev was formerly a partner in a New York law firm.
